Fresh Flower Disclaimer

Flowers are a natural and seasonal product. While every effort is made to replicate the style, colour palette and overall feel of arrangements pictured on our website, individual flower varieties may vary depending on seasonal availability and quality. Where substitutions are required, blooms of equal or greater value will be used.

Ordering & Payment

Full payment is required before orders are fulfilled unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection date may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of Gabby's Flower Shop.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and preparation required, refunds or cancellations are not available within 24 hours of fulfilment.

Change of mind refunds are not available once an order has been prepared, fulfilled or delivered.

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Gabby's Flower Shop is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses, incorrect contact information or the recipient being unavailable.

If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a safe location at the driver's discretion unless otherwise requested.

Once flowers have been delivered to the nominated address, responsibility for the arrangement transfers to the recipient.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot always be guaranteed.

Product Care

Flowers are a perishable product and vase life will vary depending on flower varieties, environmental conditions and care provided.

Care instructions should be followed to maximise longevity.

Gabby's Flower Shop cannot guarantee a specific vase life.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gabby's Flower Shop's liability is limited to the value of the products or services purchased.

Gabby's Flower Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.

Workshops, Events & Experiences

Workshop, event and flower bar bookings may require a deposit to secure the booking.

Deposits may be non-refundable where flowers, materials or staffing have already been committed.

Specific terms relating to events, flower bars and workshops will be provided at the time of booking.
