Booking & Deposit: Deposit is paid at the time of booking to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable unless you give at least 2 days’ notice. You can also request a time change with 2 days’ notice.
Arrival: If you or any other member of your party is more than 15 minutes late, your spot may be swapped with someone / another group waiting.
Flower Selection: You may select flowers up to the value included in your tier. Additional flowers / items may be available for purchase, but not a guarantee.
Payment: Your deposit will be deducted from your total bouquet value. Any remaining balance is paid after selecting your flowers.
Flower Care: $2 fee applies for any serious intentional damage to stems. Accidental damage / 1–2 stem mishaps with children is understandable and budgeted for.
This ensures everyone has a fun, safe, and fair experience, while giving you the tools and freedom to create your perfect bouquet. Children must be supervised at all times, and parents or guardians are responsible for their children’s safety and behaviour while in the shop or at the flower bar. Please be aware of sharp and possibly harmful objects and slippery surfaces.
